Handover of a new building or refurbished wing
In a new institution, every surface has to be ready for use before residents move in. Before the handover of the care home in Százhalombatta, we worked in two phases: rough cleaning during construction and fine cleaning before handover, aligned with the contractor's schedule.

We work to a checklist and document completed work with photos. We report any defects or shortfalls immediately.
