The Clenux Takarító Kft. is committed to making its website — especially quote requests and online booking — usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to the www.clenux.hu website and the services available on it, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and Hungarian law.

1. Compliance objective and status

We design and develop the website in line with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and the European standard EN 301 549. The website partially compliant: the main functions conform, except for the known shortcomings listed below.

2. What we provide

  • Navigation, menus and forms fully operable by keyboard; visible focus indicator; “Skip to content” link.
  • Semantic heading structure; buttons, links and form fields labelled for screen readers.
  • Form errors are shown in text next to the field and announced to screen readers; required fields are marked.
  • Text contrast reaches a ratio of 4.5:1, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content.
  • Moving elements (video, gallery) can be paused; the website follows the ‘reduce motion’ system setting.
  • A responsive interface that works on both mobile and desktop; touch targets are at least 24 pixels in size.

3. Known limitations

  • Decorative background videos have no captions or audio description (they convey no information).
  • On some photos, the caption does not describe every detail of the image.
  • Third-party websites (for example, the external system for individual tournament entry, or maps) are outside our responsibility.

4. Alternative access and assistance

If you cannot use any part of the website, you can access the same service by phone or e-mail: a team member will take your quote request or booking and provide all information in an accessible format (for example, in writing or by phone).

5. Feedback and complaints

You may report an accessibility issue using the contact details above; we will respond within 30 days and remedy the fault within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the consumer protection authority (the county government office, or the Budapest government office, competent for your place of residence). Detailed rules on complaint handling are set out in Terms and Conditions Section 15.

6. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 24 October 2026, based on the website's own assessment (keyboard and screen reader walkthrough, automated contrast testing). It is reviewed annually and whenever the website changes significantly.
