At the end of a project, cleaning is the final step, and if it slips, the handover slips with it. That is why we work to the contractor's schedule: we split the work into phases, clean both during construction and before handover, and at the end provide a report with room-by-room photo documentation.

Scheduling around the contractor's timetable
In the final weeks every trade works at once, and surfaces that have already been cleaned get dirty again. We split the cleaning into phases: rough cleaning during construction and fine cleaning before handover, aligned with the contractor's schedule.
Dust, paint and adhesive in every crevice
A superficial clean does not remove the dust from switches, door frames, radiators and floor corners, and paint and adhesive residue only comes off with a damage-free method. We work with industrial machines and products suited to each surface.
Glass surfaces and handover documentation
Dirt left on windows, glass walls and frames is the first thing noticed at handover. We do the glass cleaning together with the fine clean, provide a photo report room by room, and put right any items on the snag list.
Documented handover
We work to a checklist and document completed work with photos. We report any defects or shortfalls immediately.
Our own permanent team
We work with our own registered team members. The same trained team works on site, and if someone is absent, a trained replacement comes instead.
