Beachfront Residence is a waterfront residential building in Siófok. Since 1 July 2026, we have been cleaning its common areas under an annual contract: the stairwell, the entrance lobby, the external walkways and the upper-floor terrace.

The challenge
In summer, the stairwell of a lakeside residential building sees heavy, frequent use. The building manager needs regular cleaning that does not have to be arranged each time, and that can be accounted for within the building's own procedures.
The solution
Pre-scheduled visits
Cleaning follows an annual schedule: more frequently in the summer season, monthly during the rest of the year. There is no need to arrange each visit individually.
Regular cleaning and deep cleaning in one contract
Alongside the regular visits, we also carry out periodic deep cleaning, under the same contract and with the same building invoicing.
Quality assurance
Each month is documented with photos of the condition before work starts and after cleaning. The 15-photo record from August 2026 was attached to the certificate of completion, so the building manager can also show residents what was done.

The first summer season had 11 cleaning visits, followed by a monthly schedule with orderly invoicing. Upkeep of the common areas, including deep cleaning, is covered by a single contract and scheduled in advance.
