This notice explains which cookies and browser storage the clenux.hu website uses, for what purpose and for how long, and how you can give or withdraw your consent.

1. What are cookies and browser storage?

A cookie, or the browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), is a small piece of data that a website places on the visitor's device. Some are necessary for the site to work (for example, so that the details you enter during a multi-step quote request are not lost), while others can be used to measure traffic.

2. Consent

Storage that is strictly necessary for the site to function does not require consent (Section 155(4) of the Hungarian Electronic Communications Act, Eht.). All other cookies — including Google Analytics — are placed on your device only with your prior, explicit consent: you can accept or reject them on the banner shown on your first visit, or choose by category. Until you decide, or if you reject them, no data is sent to Google. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page; when you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies. We remember your decision for 12 months, after which — or if we introduce a new tool — we will ask you again.

3. Necessary storage (always on)

In addition, visits are measured by Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies: it stores nothing in your browser and does not identify visitors, providing only aggregate figures (pages viewed, referring page, device type, country). We therefore do not ask for your consent for this; details are in the Privacy Notice.

4. Analytics (only with consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymously how the website is used (pages viewed, source of the visit, device type, approximate town or city, number of quote requests — without their content). Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are never passed to Google. Google retains the data for 14 months. Provider: Google Ireland Limited; details: how Google uses data from partner sites.

We use Microsoft Clarity to create click heatmaps and anonymous session replays, so we can see where visitors get stuck. Data entered into forms is not visible in the recordings (it is masked), and nothing is recorded on the thank-you and booking management pages. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited; details: Clarity cookies.

5. Marketing

We do not currently use any advertising (marketing) cookies or tracking codes (such as Google Ads or the Meta Pixel). If we introduce them in the future, we will update this notice beforehand and activate them only with your separate consent.

6. Third-party content

We load fonts from our own hosting, without any external provider. The map on the event page is also an image loaded from our own hosting (based on OpenStreetMap data), so opening it does not connect to any external provider. The larger map, map-based route planning and the links to our social media pages open only when clicked, subject to the cookie policy of the page opened.

7. Deleting cookies in your browser

You can also delete stored data at any time in your browser settings. Guides for the most common browsers:
