We work with checklists and photo handovers. The work is supported by Clenux One, our in-house system: your schedule, checklist and handover photos are all in one place on your phone.

What we offer

Predictable work, solid backing

  • Fair, predictable pay. Registered employment, travel expenses reimbursed.
  • Predictable schedule. Weekly calendar fixed in advance. We only ask for overtime when agreed beforehand.
  • Training and development. Paid training once you join, including professional training in equipment and cleaning chemicals.
  • Solid backing. Workwear, equipment and products provided; training before your first working day.
  • Fixed team, fixed sites. You always work at the same properties — no day-labour model, no changing faces.
  • Internal promotion. Our team leaders and quality inspectors are promoted from within our own team.
