Consistent cleanliness. Reliable operations.

What does general cleaning involve?

General cleaning keeps spaces in order on a regular or occasional basis: dusting, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and toilets, and emptying the bins. We provide it in homes, offices and the common areas of residential buildings, as a one-off visit or on a regular contract. We tailor the task list to the site, check the work in a documented way, and on regular contracts work with a permanent team.

Dusting

Furniture, shelves, switches, door handles — every reachable surface.

Vacuuming and mopping

In every room, with a product suited to the floor type.

Kitchen or kitchenette

Worktop, hob, sink, appliance fronts, fridge exterior.

Bathrooms, toilets, washbasins

Cleaning and disinfection, with consumables restocked in offices.

Common areas

Stairwells, corridors, lifts, entrances and glass doors in residential and office buildings.

Waste

Emptying bins and sorting recycling according to site rules.

Bed linen changes and special requests

In homes on request; we record special requests on a standing list, so you don't have to repeat them every time.

A time window that suits the site

In offices outside business hours; in residential buildings on days agreed with the building manager.

Who is it recommended?

Residential and business use cases. Every site has its own routine — we adapt the team, the checklist and the documentation to it.

How we work

From survey to handover.

Every job follows the same transparent, step-by-step process, with a dedicated contact person.

01Assessment

Everything starts with getting to know the site.

We assess the area, the tasks, the frequency and any specific requirements.

02Quote and scheduling

Clear tasks. Transparent terms.

We prepare an itemised quote, then confirm the dates and the details of the work.

At work

One team, one method, every site.

Our own, formally employed team, with machines and products chosen for the job. In one minute, you can see how one of our jobs comes together.

The difference is not in the cleaning, but in how it is run.

Plenty of companies offer cleaning. With us, the time is agreed in advance, the team knows the site, and every visit can be traced.

General cleaning

What we commit to

  • Predictable scheduling

A pre-agreed date and time window, with well-organised work. If we cannot start at the requested time, we will propose a new one.

  • A familiar team

For regular contracts, the same trained team arrives each time, and your requests are kept on a standing list, so you don't need to repeat them.

  • Documented completion

A site-specific checklist and a short written report after every visit, with photos where anything differs.
